OFFICIAL RULES FOR LEARO-PATH COMPETITION ENTRY Eligibility: The Learno-Path Prize Draw for 2023 is open to all individuals who (i) are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and agents, and their immediate families or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Release: BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, VENDORS, PARTNERS AND AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, FOR OR RELATED TO ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, DEFAMATION OR PORTRAYAL IN A FALSE LIGHT) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Winner Notification and Acceptance: The potential winners will be notified on or about May 2nd 2023, via email. Winner may waive the right to receive the prize. The prize is nonassignable and non-transferable. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state and local taxes and for compliance with all laws associated with the use of the prize. The winner may be asked to execute and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release (except where prohibited by law) within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. Non-compliance within that time period or failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in a winner's disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Rules: By entering the Promotion, entrant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Promotion, and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in the Promotion. Submission of entry constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s email address for purposes of marketing and promotion of Sponsor’s products and services.
